★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una struttura che presenta al.naturale in vecchio caseificio in mattoni quando le quantità di latte lavorato erano decisamente modeste se raffrontate a quelle lavorate attualmente,ma 8l fascino della struttura è inversamente proporzionale alla sua dimensione. C è a fianco una struttura postmoderna forse a sottolineare anche l evoluzione dei tempi.esudte ampio spazio verde e anche bacheche di notevoli dimensioni che pubblicizzano sia il prodotto che eventuali campagne pubblicitarie. Il tutto sul fronte della via Emilia quindi non notevole visibilità. Buon complesso

Detto questo mi domando c'era proprio bisogno di quel piccolo intervento di Carlo Cracco nella pubblicità e che sicuramente non è gratuito? Molto meglio far vedere le mucche al pascolo nei luoghi in cui si produce il parmigiano il che è molto meno dispendioso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in centro a Parma e ho comprato due chili di parmigiano reggiano vacche brune, l"ho pagato oltre trenta euro al chilo e non ho fatto nessun commento sul prezzo, dopo aver messo i pezzi nella busta di carta la commessa vi ha aggiunto tre buste per poter conservare il formaggio una volta aperto, al momento del conto ho appreso che oltre ai 62 euro del costo del parmigiano aveva aggiunto tre euro per le tre bustine. Questo l'ho trovato esagerato e di sicuro non mi è sembrato un bel modo per ripagare la fiducia che comunque continuerò ad avere verso questo prodotto che tanto apprezzo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato per l'evento dei caseifici aperti. È la sede principale del parmigiano reggiano ma qui non si possono fare visite guidate ai caseifici. Al massimo si possono trovare delle degustazioni locali e si può vedere come veniva fatta la ricotta con il metodo tradizionale.
I went there for the event of the open dairies. It is the main seat of the Parmesan cheese, but there are no guided visits to the dairies here. At most you can find local tastings and you can see how ricotta was made with the traditional method.
