I tre devono rispondere dell'accusa di frode nelle pubbliche forniture, mentre Loretta Giuntoli anche di minacce a tre dipendenti del consorzio sentiti dalla polizia durante le indagini. Coinvolte le cooperative Humanitas, Astirforma e Verde Mela, tutte facenti capo al Consorzio Astir.
The president of the Astir Consortium Loretta Giuntoli was placed under house arrest and the legal representatives of the Humanitas cooperative Roberto Baldini and the deacon Alberto Pintus, the latter deputy director of the diocesan Caritas, were banned from profession for nine months as part of the investigation of the substitutes Celano and Canovai on the management of eight special reception centers for asylum seekers in Prato, Carmignano and Poggio a Caiano. The three must answer for the accusation of fraud in public supplies, while Loretta Giuntoli also for threats to three employees of the consortium heard by the police during the investigation. The Humanitas, Astirforma and Verde Mela cooperatives, all belonging to the Astir Consortium, are involved.
