They didn't show up!!! Used them for 3 transfers. The 1st & 2nd transfer they were late. The 3rd transfer they did NOT show up at all!!! I scheduled a ride with them to pick us up from our cruise ship at 7am. Their excuse for cancelling us was that we wouldn't make our plane. We did make our plane with a different taxi ride however; It was none of their concern what my plans were. Their only concern should have been showing up at 7am. I will never use them again!

We booked our shuttle with this company through Expedia. We requested to be picked up at the Rome airport at 5pm and be driven to our hotel. We arrived at their desk at 4:50. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for the shuttle. We then sat in the airport until 6pm when we were finally ushered to the cramped van with 5 other people. That made 7 passengers plus the driver along with all the luggage. It was very uncomfortable. They then proceeded to tell us that we were being dropped off LAST, even though we were at the airport first and had waited the longest. It took an additional TWO HOURS until we arrived at our hotel. My husband had his phone's GPS on the entire time. What started as a 35 minute drive from the airport took 2 hrs. At one point, we were only 10 minutes from our hotel but the driver went the other way and dropped others off first. When we finally arrived, our driver said they'd be picking us up at 6:30am tthe day if our flight, which was scheduled to take off at 9:30am. That day, our hotels front desk calls\wakes us up to let us know the driver is there... AT 5:30am! That's 4 HOURS before our flight and 1 hr before they told us. The driver claimed he couldn't wait for us to pack and left. I'm assuming they wanted us to be picked up first so they could drive around and pick up others for an hour, unbeknownst to us. We ended up having to get a $61 taxi to take us to the airport. We contacted Expedia to get some kind of reimbursement and we were denied. We are going to continue to fight this, as we are furious about the entire situation. We basically lost most of our Friday night in Rome because of this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT! The Rome trains (Metro) would be quicker than this company, and wayyy cheaper and more reliable.

Contrary to some of the negative reviews that we read, we had an excellent experience with Consorzio Airport Shuttle company. We arrived at the place of meeting almost 20 minutes early and our driver Giovanni (?) was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He was helpful with the baggage and a very good driver. We went from the airport to Civitavecchia port in less than an hour. Very courteous and pleasant trip. The van was clean and comfortable. The price was much lower than most. Approximately $70 usd for the two of us. Thank you!

I booked the airport shuttle thru Expedia and prepaid for my wife & I to be taken from Rome airport to the B&B near the Vatican. We arrived at the airport & had to go to 3 different counters before we were at the correct one. We were then directed to a seating area in the terminal where we sat until we had enough people to go. Then we all picked up our luggage & hiked across a parking structure to a van. (Should have picked us up at the curb) Then we made our way thru the town dropping others as we went. When it was time to schedule the return trip to the airport they wouldn't even answer the phone. Expedia even tried to call & couldn't get thru either. Finally I sent an email to the shuttle company and was told that they don't start picking up until 3am. I needed to be picked up at 2am as per their site, (4 hours early for flights to the US). So we ended up getting picked up at 3:15am & the driver drove that can like he stole it. My wife was up front & told me that at one point the driver was going over 140kmph. It was raining too. We finally got to the airport & were dropped off at the wrong terminal causing more delay. The driver didn't even speak English so that didn't help. I'll never use this company again. They can't follow directions & their customer service is lacking in so many ways. I should have read some reviews before booking. Next time, Uber.

I'm pretty iffy on what to say about this company. We hadn't looked at reviews until we had got to our hotel. Thankfully he was there at the airport and took us to a very dodgy looking van. I was hesitant for me and my partner getting in but we did. Our cases were just thrown in the back and not secured at all. The inside of the van was covered in paint and dust. It was just dirty. The man who was driving seemed like a nice guy and he got us there safely(ish) when we got to our hotel I looked up the company online and saw the horrific reviews and some saying that they didn't show up for the hotel pick up. So we decided to get a cab on our leaving day instead of getting the shuttle back. If you're looking for luxury DO NOT choose this company. If you're on the tightest budget possible then go for it. But always have a backup cab available.

The Driver did not showed up, we were waiting for an hour!!! They have an "emergency" number and no one is picking up. Do not book them!!!

Absolute fraudsters. DO NOT USE. Attempting to reclaim funds charged through Expedia and they have demonstrated their 'engagement' by refusing to maintain a conversation and dropping calls repeatedly.

They never showed up, none of the phone numbers on their website worked when we tried calling multiple times from the airport, the shuttle help desk at the airport was closed, and they haven’t answered my email requesting a refund for weeks. We waited over an hour and had to book another ride at a higher cost just to get to our airbnb after an exhausting trip. The whole point of booking this shuttle was to avoid transit stress, and this waiting game was far more stressful than just planning on getting an uber or taxi. I’m not sure this is still a functioning company. Book with another company, save your time, money, and stress.
