★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apres une deception totale et profonde, du personnel d'un de nos consulats du Benin ici en Italie qui ne repond jamais aux appels telephonique, et les quelques rares fois qu'ils ont repondu et que j'avais pri rendez vous pour aller, c'etait la deception totale que ce soit sur le traitement de la clientele que sur le mode de traiter les dossiers ( je préfère ne pas nommer le consulat). Ici au consulat de Milan la collaboratrice du consul est tres cordiale, repond et parle avec courtoisie avec les clients, le traitement des dossiers dans un delai court. Je peux confirmer que le consulat du Benin à Milan est vraiment attentionné et s'occupe avec professionalité des problemes administratifs des resortissants béninois. Un consul Italien qui se déplace quand il se rend compte que tu est loin. Meme si le déplacement est facturé, je crois que ce consulat mérite sa reconnaissance. La collaboratrice toujours attentionnée. Merci et vive les resortissants du Benin ?? en Italie
After a total and deep disappointment, from the staff of one of our Benin consulates here in Italy who never answer phone calls, and the few rare times that they have answered and that I had made an appointment to go, c 'was the total disappointment that it is on the treatment of the clientele that on the mode of treating the files (I prefer not to name the consulate). Here at the Milan consulate, the consul's collaborator is very cordial, answers and speaks courteously with clients, handling cases in a short time. I can confirm that the Benin consulate in Milan is really attentive and professionally deals with the administrative problems of Beninese nationals. An Italian consul who moves when he realizes that you are far away. Even if the trip is charged, I believe that this consulate deserves its recognition. The always attentive employee.
