★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte ho chiesto a codesto ordine di mettere on-line la sentenza dell' AGCOM prima e del consiglio di stato poi, ma sembra che proprio non ne vogliano sapere di dare l'informazione e preferiscano mantenere sul proprio sito un pare superato e contrario alla legge, creando non pochi problemi al sottoscritto e a tutti coloro che vorrebbero aderire alla piattaforma Amica Card ed avere un opinione propria sulla questione.

Neppure il Consiglio di Stato salva il CNF
La piattaforma «Amica Card» ha lo scopo di mettere a disposizione dell’avvocato, verso il pagamento di un corrispettivo, un spazio online in cui lo stesso possa «presentare l’attività professionale svolta e proporre uno sconto al cliente che decide di avvalersi dei suoi servizi. La circostanza che l’accesso sia assicurato a tutti gli utenti ovvero, come ritenuto dall’appellante, solo agli affiliati al circuito, non è di per sé, in assenza della dimostrazione di elementi qualificanti, incompatibile con la deontologia e con il decoro della professione».
Several times I have asked this order to put the sentence of the AGCOM first and then the council of state online, but it seems that they really do not want to know to give the information and they prefer to keep on their site a seems outdated and contrary to law, creating many problems to the undersigned and to all those who would like to join the Amica Card platform and have their own opinion on the issue.

The "Amica Card" platform is intended to provide the lawyer, towards the payment of a fee, with an online space in which he can "present the professional activity and offer a discount to the customer who decides to make use of the its services. The circumstance that access is guaranteed to all users or, as deemed by the appellant, only to those affiliated to the circuit, is not in itself, in the absence of the demonstration of qualifying elements, incompatible with ethics and the dignity of the profession ».
