★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono obbligata a mettere 1 stella, ma non ne meriterebbe nemmeno una. Io e la mia amica venendo dalla Campania, su consiglio, ci siamo rivolte alla congregazione delle suore Carmelitane usufruendo di una stanza doppia. Nonostante avessero detto di averla pulita, l'abbiamo trovata in condizioni pessime (allego foto). I bagni in comune poco igienici, nella cucina manca il lavabo per cui eravamo costrette a lavare le stoviglie nei bagni. Su un unico piano eravamo in 11 e non avevamo spazio in frigo, anch'esso in condizioni pessime (foto).
Dopo aver pagato un intero mese, a causa di tali condizioni, siamo andate via dopo 6 giorni senza ricevere nemmeno un piccolo rimborso, anzi addirittura ci hanno detto di aver già affittato la nostra camera!

I am obliged to put 1 star, but it does not deserve even one. My friend and I, coming from Campania, on advice, we turned to the congregation of the Carmelite nuns taking advantage of a double room. Although they said they had cleaned it, we found it in a very bad condition (photos attached). The shared bathrooms are not very hygienic, the kitchen lacks the sink so we were forced to wash the dishes in the bathrooms. There were 11 of us on one floor and we had no space in the fridge, which is also in very bad condition (photo).
After paying for a whole month, due to these conditions, we left after 6 days without receiving even a small refund, indeed they even told us that they had already rented our room!
