A finales de agosto se celebra la "Sagra della cucina maremmana", una comida popular con productos típicos de la zona ya caída la noche a la que todo el mundo puede acudir, pagando obviamente lo que se va a consumir. Numerosas y largas mesas de madera alineadas en el exterior del edificio, sobre el césped aledaño. Y los niños que se apuran a distribuir los pedidos, ávidos de recibir una más que merecida propina por su incesante dedicación a la labor. Una hermosa fiesta que honra a la institución de la que hay que disfrutar con las gentes del lugar.
Nice building in Albinia. But not only that. At the end of August, the "Sagra della cucina maremmana" is celebrated, a popular meal with typical products of the area and at nightfall that everyone can attend, obviously paying for what is to be consumed. Numerous long wooden tables lined up outside the building, on the surrounding grass. And the children who rush to distribute the orders, eager to receive a more than deserved tip for their incessant dedication to the work. A beautiful party that honors the institution that must be enjoyed with the people of the place.
