★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sono stata un ora intera in attesa della consegna delle mascherine, poi improvvisamente l addetta alla distribuzione nonostante fossero ancora presenti i dispositivi interrompe le consegne alle 12:15 cira senza aver preventivamente avvertito i cittadini che si trovavano incolonnati da circa un ora asserendo che il giorno dopo (oggi) mi sarei dovuta recare nuovamente sul posto alle ore 9 per il ritiro dei dispositivi cosa che puntualmente nonostante il mio impegno non è avvenuto.
Yesterday I was waiting for a whole hour for the delivery of the masks, then suddenly the distribution employee, despite the devices still present, interrupts deliveries at about 12:15 without having previously warned the citizens who had been in columns for about an hour, asserting that the the next day (today) I would have to go back to the site at 9 am to collect the devices which, despite my commitment, did not happen on time.

Assistono centinaia di persone alla settimana, offrono con i dipendenti molti servizi tra cui anche di pompe funebri con prezzi calmierati. La loro presenza sinonimo di conforto di certezza. Grazie a loro abbiamo un angelo custode che ci protegge, sono donne, uomini, da ammirare e ringraziare per sacrificio e amore per il prossimo.
An impossible place to criticize lived by the unique diamond volunteer service at the service of the community. They attend hundreds of people a week, offer employees many services including funeral parlors with controlled prices. Their presence synonymous with comfort of certainty. Thanks to them we have a guardian angel who protects us, they are women, men, to be admired and thanked for sacrifice and love for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura non dispone di POS per effettuare pagamenti con carte o bancomat. In periodo di COVID in cui viene chiesto di prediligere pagamenti contactless è ancora più imbarazzante questa mancanza. La struttura è collocata accanto a un centro prelievi, ma attenzione se pagate il ticket per la prestazione alle classiche macchinette della regione vi verrà detto che la misericordia non le accetta come pagamento valido, ovviamente su tale macchinetta non c'è alcun avviso in merito.
Quindi dopo aver pagato il ticket al totem mi è toccato ripagarlo, ovviamente solo in contanti e poi mi è stato detto di recarmi al Tabarracci per richiedere il rimborso del primo ticket pagato. Come nei cartoni animati più avvincenti, una volta arrivato al Tabarracci sono stato informato che la misericordia mi ha dato un'info errata, perché dovevo recarmi al Versilia. Per concludere, un caos organizzativo imbarazzante in una struttura decisamente non adatta. Inoltre anche il personale medico per l'esame in questione non si è dimostrato minimamente preparato, seguirà un reclamo alla ASL per questi gravi disservizi al cittadino. Nel frattempo non posso far altro che sconsigliarvi assolutamente questa struttura per i vostri esami

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio commento è rivolto alla dottoressa che era di turno la notte tra martedì 30 e mercoledì 1 dicembre 2021alla guardia medica. Se deve trattare le persone come se fossero non le benvenute forse ha sbagliato mestiere o dovrebbe andare in pensione perché se mi presento ansioso perché incinta e ho bisogno di aiuto e te mi tratti a pesci in faccia a mezzanotte e non sai neanche di che medicinale parliamo quando era un insulina per diabete gestazionale conosciuta e riconosciuta a livello nazionale te... o dormivi ancora o siamo messi talmente male in Italia che invece dei dottori alla guardia medica ci mettono una persona comune. La mia ragazza è incinta e ansiosa come il 99 percento delle donne in gravidanza e essere trattati come idioti è una mancanza di rispetto.

My girlfriend is pregnant and anxious like 99 percent of pregnant women and being treated like idiots is a disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services, i had to appeal to their services for a tick removal for ma two year soon last summer, i received even a antibiotic recipe but i was charged with 20 euros for services without a bill. Unfortunately the public hospital is located in the next city, Viareggio where you can get care for free.
