Recandosi agli uffici ci sono persone evidentemente non impegnate, anche perche' la sala d'aspetto e' COMPLETAMENTE vuota, cosi' gli uffici.
Non sono informati su quanto richiesto, (successione), pessima impressione.
Nobody answers the phone, ever.
Going to the offices there are obviously not busy people, also because the waiting room is COMPLETELY empty, so are the offices.
They are not informed about what is requested, (succession), bad impression.

Che ho dovuto comunque far gestire da altri. Sconsigliatissimo.
Absolutely bad. For information of their competence that was not provided to me when I made an appointment, I lost a month for the completion of very urgent practices.
Which I still had to have others manage. Not recommended.
