I just went to the cafΓ© cgl in Bastia umbra after booking my appointment well in advance I find myself queuing up like those who arrived at the last minute so much arrogance

β β β β β Metto una Stella perchΓ© non Γ¨ possibile meno. Non rispondono MAI al telefono, alla reception sempre persone sgarbate e poco informate e con una voglia di lavorare pari a ZERO!!!!! La Sig.ra Marusca e La Sig.ra Bruna sono veramente molto disponibili, preparate e sempre pronte a risolvere i problemi. Il resto ZERO ASSOLUTO.
I put a star because less is not possible. They NEVER answer the phone, at the reception always rude and uninformed people and with a desire to work equal to ZERO !!!!! Mrs. Marusca and Mrs. Bruna are really very helpful, prepared and always ready to solve problems. The rest ABSOLUTE ZERO.
