Mi sono recata allo sportello per procedere con una provvidenza ed è sorto subito il problema che avevo la documentazione originale e non le fotocopie ( la fotocopiatrice era a un metro da noi, ma la signora non poteva farmi le 3 fotocopie e non aveva tempo di fare subito la pratica quindi avrebbe dovuto trattenere il tutto ) e quindi dovevo tornare un'altra volta con le fotocopie (sono incinta al 9° mese).... nell'uscire chiedo all'ufficio informazioni dove potevo trovare un edicola nei dintorni e la signora molto gentilmente mi fa le 3 fotocopie scusandosi per il comportamento della collega.... torno all'ufficio Elba e consegno il tutto alla sig.ra Pari.... si allontana e dopo 10 minuti torna con la pratica gia' inoltrata restituendomi la documentazione con le famose fotocopie... allora le chiedo... ma non aveva detto che non aveva tempo? Mi avrebbe fatta tornare un altro giorno per cosa? ... la sua risposta " benissimo, non si preoccupi che la prossima la faccio tornare comunque"

Bad experience with the clerk Elba Elisa Pari.
I went to the counter to proceed with a providence and the problem immediately arose that I had the original documentation and not the photocopies (the photocopier was one meter from us, but the lady could not make me the 3 photocopies and did not have time to make immediately the practice so he should have kept everything) and then I had to go back another time with the photocopies (I'm pregnant in the 9th month) .... when I leave I ask the information office where I could find a newsstand nearby and lady very kindly makes me the 3 photocopies apologizing for the behavior of the colleague .... I go back to the Elba office and hand everything over to Ms Pari .... she goes away and after 10 minutes she returns with the file already submitted, returning me the documentation with the famous photocopies ... then I ask you ... but didn't you say you didn't have time? He would make me come back another day for what? ... his answer "fine, don't worry I'll make it back anyway"

Trasparenti, competenti e diretti non lasciano nulla al caso. Se poi siete fortunati, come lo sono stato io, e vi dovesse seguire la consulente Maria Gheza allora potete sentirvi in una botte di ferro. Persona preparata, disponibile con la giusta sensibilità alle problematiche, non si perde d'animo e propone soluzioni con un impegno al di là delle aspettative. Sorridente e cordiale è la persona che tutti vorrebbero trovare in un ufficio e con cui interagire. La valutazione non può che essere positiva. Posso solo ringraziare per la solerzia con cui hanno sbrigato la mia pratica.
