Tempo fa doveva arrivarmi un pacco, mi era arrivata una mail che erano passati e che il destinatario (io) era assente quando non era vero perché ero in casa e il campanello non lo hanno suonato.
Settimana scorsa doveva arrivarmi un pacco e sono passati 4 volte di pomeriggio nonostante avessi chiamato chiedendogli di passare la mattina perché il pomeriggio ero a lavoro.. siccome continuavano a passare e a non trovarmi ho richiamato e mi hanno detto di passare il sabato mattina in sede a ritirare il pacco, così ho fatto e quando sono arrivata lì, mi hanno detto “abbiamo reso il tuo pacco”.
Sono delle persone ipocrite, maleducate e scortesi!

Some time ago a package was supposed to arrive, I had received an email that had passed and that the recipient (me) was absent when it was not true because I was at home and the doorbell did not ring.
Last week a package was supposed to arrive and they passed 4 times in the afternoon even though I called asking him to come by in the morning because I was at work in the afternoon .. as they kept passing and not finding me I called back and they told me to spend Saturday morning in the office collect the package, so I did and when I got there, they told me "we have returned your package".
They are hypocritical, rude and rude people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi arriva un messaggio di consegna fallita, sono a casa e ho due cani che abbaiano non appena si avvicina qualcuno al cancello. Non hanno neanche provato a suonare il campanello. Inoltre ogni tentativo di contattare telefonicamente la sede di Conegliano o parlare con un operatore è impossibile. Non è la prima volta con loro. Evidentemente il personale di zona è incline a questo vizio.
I get a delivery failed message, I'm home and have two dogs barking as soon as someone approaches the gate. They didn't even try to ring the bell. Furthermore, any attempt to contact the Conegliano office by telephone or speak to an operator is impossible. It is not the first time with them. Evidently the area staff are prone to this vice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivono che erano passati ben 2 volte e non c'era nessuno quando invece eravamo in 3 a casa. Il pacco finisce in giacenza da loro e sento il venditore che mide che deve pagare ulterormente per rispedire la terza volta, li sento al telefono per capire cosa è successo e mi dicono che devo andare a prenderlo in sede a Conegliano, decido di andarci solo perchè era un regalo di natale(sennò se lo potevano tenere), arrivo a prenderlo e mi dicono che era appena uscito il corriere per consegnarlo, il culmine dell'incopetenza. Una volta a casa quando arriva il corriere chiedo spiegazioni e mi dice che non erano neanche usciti i 2 giorni precedenti perchè il suo sostituto non conosceva la strada, ma nonostante ciò avevano messo "destinatario assente", in modo da far pagare una spedizione extra al venditore. Uno schifo.
They write that they had passed 2 times and there was no one when we were 3 at home. The package ends up in storage with them and I hear the seller who mide that he has to pay additionally to send it back the third time, I hear them on the phone to understand what happened and they tell me that I have to go and pick it up in Conegliano, I decide to go there just because it was a Christmas present (otherwise they could keep it), I come to pick it up and they tell me that the courier had just come out to deliver it, the culmination of incompetence. Once at home when the courier arrives I ask for explanations and he tells me that they had not even gone out the previous 2 days because his replacement did not know the way, but despite this they had put "absent recipient", in order to charge an extra shipping to the salesperson. It sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo...da lunedì che dicono che sono passati siamo in 3 con 3 cani che abbaiano al minimo rumore non è venuto nessuno.....chiamo dopo aver scritto varie mail alle quali rispondono in modo vago dicendo che l'autista non trova indirizzo (esistono i navigatori) .....chiamo operatrice maleducata che mi ride in faccia quando invece doveva scusarsi .....sono delusa servizio pessimo ma quello che fa più riflettere è la maleducazione . Ho scritto all'azienda fornitrice informandola sui fatti così spero cambino corriere altrimenti non ordino più nulla da loro
Bad ... since Monday they say that 3 of us have passed with 3 dogs barking at the slightest noise nobody came ..... I call after writing several emails to which they respond vaguely saying that the driver cannot find address (there are navigators) ..... I call rude operator who laughs in my face when instead she had to apologize ..... I'm disappointed bad service but what makes you think more is the rudeness. I wrote to the supplier company informing them of the facts so I hope they will change courier otherwise I will not order anything from them
