★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura non è una comune casa di riposo, bensì un condominio, integrato da eccellenti servizi sanitari e assistenziali, in cui sono gli anziani stessi ad essere proprietari o conduttori delle unità interne alla struttura, singolarmente o tramite le proprie famiglie.
Questo non solo garantisce la piena efficienza nella gestione della struttura a totale favore degli inquilini (e da parte di un personale con una più che ventennale esperienza alle spalle), ma anche un rapporto tra qualità dei servizi offerti e prezzo mensile senza pari. Essendo un condominio, infatti, ogni ricavo è dedicato al miglioramento del benessere degli inquilini e della struttura stessa.
Un cordiale saluto ed un sentito ringraziamento a tutto il personale, sempre disponibile per ogni necessità o urgenza riscontrata nel corso del tempo.
The structure is not a common rest home, but a condominium, supplemented by excellent health and care services, in which the elderly themselves are the owners or conductors of the units inside the structure, individually or through their families.
This not only guarantees full efficiency in the management of the structure in total favor of the tenants (and by a staff with more than twenty years of experience behind it), but also a relationship between the quality of the services offered and the unmatched monthly price. Being a condominium, in fact, every revenue is dedicated to improving the well-being of tenants and the structure itself.
