★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizzata per sopperire alla mancanza di immobili a seguito del sisma del 29 maggio 2012, doveva servire per ospitare le attività commerciali in attesa del recupero degli edifici lesionati e il ritorno delle attività nelle precedenti sedi.
Qualcuno ha preferito chiudere subito e cessare l'attività, qualcun'altro, ha optato per altri siti, altri hanno insediato la loro attività in questo posto.
Nel corso degli anni, le attività qui insediate, hanno tenuto aperto, qualcuna ha chiuso, altri si sono spostati, anche di recente, in altri posti ristrutturati post terremoto (se pur non nelle loro sedi storiche).
Ad oggi, il sito è semi vuoto, ospita ancora in un blocco container la CARITHAS, una tabaccheria e un paio di altre attività, oltre al distrubutore di acqua da asporto.
La speranza è che l'area venga riqualificata, attualmente , solo vederla, è decisamente deprimente.
 Built to make up for the lack of buildings following the earthquake of 29 May 2012, it was to be used to house commercial activities pending the recovery of the damaged buildings and the return of activities in the previous locations.
Someone preferred to close immediately and go out of business, someone else opted for other sites, others have set up their business in this place.
Over the years, the businesses established here have kept open, some have closed, others have moved, even recently, to other places renovated after the earthquake (although not in their historic locations).
To date, the site is semi-empty, it still hosts CARITHAS, a tobacconist's and a couple of other businesses in a container block, in addition to the take-away water dispenser.
The hope is that the area will be redeveloped, currently, just seeing it, is downright depressing.
