Io sono stata piacevolmente colpita alla prima visita in concessionaria ma al telefono trattata malissimo dal dipendente. Evidentemente il cliente non è alla vetta dei suoi interessi...e pensare che mio marito era proprio deciso a prendere la Tucson da lui! Ci rivolgeremo certamente altrove.

I was pleasantly impressed at the first visit to the dealership but on the phone treated badly by the employee. Obviously the client is not at the peak of his interests ... and to think that my husband was really determined to take the Tucson from him! There certainly will turn elsewhere.

Il consulente Davide, professionale e amichevole, ci ha accolti e spiegato nei dettagli il veicolo, dandoci anche la possibilità di provare la macchina. Consiglio vivamente, nel caso abbiate idea di acquistare un'auto (che sia nuova o usata), di passare da loro. Sottolineo, per concludere, la disponibilità di Davide, anche telefonicamente per domande che faccia a faccia non sono state fatte: per questo io, Giampaolo e Beatrice ti ringraziamo!
I went with my family this Sunday to buy my first car, a used Hyundai i20. The professional and friendly consultant Davide welcomed us and explained the vehicle in detail, giving us the chance to test the car. I highly recommend, in case you have any idea to buy a car (be it new or used), pass by them. I stress, in conclusion, David's availability, even by telephone for questions that have not been made: for this reason I, Giampaolo and Beatrice thank you!

Sono rimasto positivamente impresso e alla fine ho deciso di comprare l'auto qui. Ora mi auguro che l'attenzione per il cliente mostrata inizialmente continui nella stessa maniere con i servizi di assistenza.
I contacted / visited other Hyundai brand dealers in the Veneto region but this amazed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. I was positively impressed and in the end I decided to buy the car here. Now I hope that the customer focus shown initially continues in the same way with the support services.
