Personale non all’altezza del marchio o per meglio dire almeno parte di questo…
Sono incappato in un addetto prepotente e arrogante cui ho affidato una vettura per un’assistenza e fortunosamente l’ho fotografata al momento della consegna e mi è stata riconsegnata graffiata nella parte bassa del paraurti anteriore oltre a non essere stata rimontata correttamente… Dopo lungo e vivace ma soprattutto ineducato confronto, ha ovviato all’imbarazzante gestione del caso, con estrema cordialità e correttezza il concessionario Honda di Caserta, ove sono stato sin da subito accolto da un team di persone competenti e soprattutto educate!

I ran into an overbearing and arrogant employee who I entrusted with a car for assistance and luckily I photographed it at the time of delivery and it was returned to me scratched in the lower part of the front bumper as well as not having been reassembled correctly ... After a long and lively but above all uneducated confrontation, the Honda dealer in Caserta solved the embarrassing management of the case with extreme cordiality and fairness, where I was immediately welcomed by a team of competent and above all polite people!
