È tornato dal laboratorio cui si affidano col vetro sì lucidato ma anche l'inserto della ghiera ha subito una levigatura, rovinando irrimediabilmente l'orologio. Il dispiacere è enorme. Ma la situazione ancora più assurda è che veniva difeso l'operato del laboratorio, dicendo che l'orologio era stato portato da me così com'è. Senza notare che sono ancora presenti gli sdrucioli del colore tolto dell'inserto ghiera appesi ai dentini della ghiera nella parte compromessa! È bastato un giorno con una persona incompetente per rovinare un pezzo che era rimasto immacolato per 60 anni! Una situazione irreale Sconsiglio vivamente di affidargli qualsiasi tipo di lavoro che implichi il dover passare gli orologi a quel laboratorio di incompetenti! Una vergogna! Per il negoziante: la recensione negativa "ci sta" vallo a dire quando ti rovinano i tuoi orologi che probabilmente a te non costano sacrifici! Sono entrato in realtà con l'intento di provarlo ma non con l'intento di acquistarlo (sicuramente più avanti)... All'interno ho trovato un ambiente fantastico e curato nei minimi dettagli. Mi hanno fatto provare diversi hamilton spiegandomi le varie differenze e cosa secondo me più importante che mi ha convinto senza nemmeno pensarci un secondo a comprare l'orologio è stata la simpatia e la professionalità (cose rare di questi giorni). Non posso che ringraziarli del tempo che mi hanno dedicato ;) Sicuramente diventerà il mio punto di riferimento per i prossimi acquisti!!!!!
