Infatti, appena entrata in negozio, alle 19:45 di un pomeriggio estivo di quest'anno, mi sono sentita apostrofare da una commessa, la quale mi invitava a non perdere tempo e a non provare nessun capo, visto l'orario. Era la prima volta che entravo in questo negozio e la percezione è stata quella del cliente scomodo, di cui il brand non ha "Bisogno". Ovviamente ho ringraziato per la gentile accoglienza e sono andata subito via. Credo che accoglienza, cortesia ed educazione debbano sempre essere un punto fermo per qualsiasi attività commerciale che voglia continuare a vivere in questo mondo così competitivo.
