★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile trovare scortesia ed arroganza verso il cliente come in questo posto : arrivato in cassa faccio presente al commesso ( e...direttore ) che non è stato applicato lo sconto promo su alcuni articoli. Per tutta risposta mi viene attribuita la colpa di non aver dichiarato prima del pagamento, il possesso di una carta fedeltà. Specifico che suddetti articoli erano pubblicizzati in promo non con gli appositi cartellini, ma bensì con semplici foglietti scritti a mano, lasciando presagire così, uno sconto incondizionato. Al mio disappunto, il commesso stizzito, affermava che essendo domenica non aveva voglia di fare polemiche. Ok, dico io, mi faccia parlare col direttore: sono io, risponde lui!!!
Difficult to find discourtesy and arrogance towards the customer as in this place: when I arrived at the cash desk I pointed out to the clerk (and ... director) that the promo discount was not applied on some items. In response, I am blamed for not having declared the possession of a loyalty card before payment. I specify that the aforementioned articles were advertised in promotions not with the appropriate tags, but with simple handwritten notes, thus suggesting an unconditional discount. To my disappointment, the angry salesman said that since Sunday was not in the mood for controversy. Ok, I say, let me speak to the director: it's me, he answers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offerte Conad buone come da catena, l'ambiente però non è accogliente (troppo buio) e si fatica a trovare ciò che si cerca. Migliorando la disposizione della merce, magari togliendo qualche scaffale, e illuminando meglio l'ambiente cambierebbe radicalmente.
Conad offers as good as in the chain, but the environment is not welcoming (too dark) and it is difficult to find what you are looking for. Improving the arrangement of the goods, perhaps removing some shelves, and better illuminating the environment would change radically.
