Devo dire che sono molto attrezzati per questo tipo di cose e infatti hanno dei carrelli specifici per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Inizialmente mi hanno aiutato a montare il piccolo carrellino dove mettere il cane a quello più grande ma, quando ho finito di fare la spesa e sono tornato indietro per toglierlo, ho avuto qualche difficoltà. Così ho chiesto a delle dipendenti di aiutarmi a smontarlo, loro si sono rifiutate e hanno incaricato la guardia del punto vendita che mi ha mostrato come fare. Intanto, una di quelle "dipendenti" si è messa a ridere e ho sentito che rideva dicendo che sono stato un incapace e che era facilissimo smontare quel carrellino. Non l'ho presa sul personale ma penso che rispettare il cliente sia una cosa fondamentale, sinceramente mi sono sentito preso in giro e intimidito perché le persone attorno a me ridevano. La mia compagna mi ha addirittura detto che tutti si sono messi a ridere. Ho paura di ritornarci ed essere deriso dalle dipendenti che sono convinto fossero delle bulle ai tempi in cui andavano a scuola. One day I decided to go shopping with my partner and my beloved dog. I didn't take it personally but I think that respecting the customer is a fundamental thing, honestly I felt teased and intimidated because the people around me were laughing. My partner even told me that everyone laughed. I'm afraid to go back and be laughed at by the employees who I believe were bullies when they went to school.

Dotato di tutti i reparti necessari a soddisfare il palato oltre che la cura e l'igiene della persona e della casa. Ampio banco gastronomia numerosi banchi frigo, molto ricchi, in cui è possibile trovare anche gelati di tutti i tipi ed in tutte le stagioni. La Qualità è quella di sempre, garantita dal marchio Conad. Ottimo il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Dotato di un punto informazione molto efficiente in cui si può trovare qualsiasi supporto inerente alle esigenze di acquisto (sia prima che dopo gli acquisti), oltre che la cortesia e la professionalità che contraddistingue tutto il personale presente all' interno di questo supermercato. Mi è capitato di acquistare un prodotto fresco confezionato e di rendermi conto successivamente che la confezione era stata manomessa dall' incivile di turno. Sono ritornato nel supermercato, munito ovviamente di scontrino e, recatomi al punto informazioni, l' impiegata dopo aver ascoltato attentamente le mie recriminazioni, mi ha consentito di sostituire il prodotto senza batter ciglio. Il piacere di fare la spesa in questo centro è amplificata dalla luminosità lungo tutta la struttura e dall' apprezzabile pulizia riscontrabile in ciascun reparto. All' interno della struttura c' è anche una parafarmacia in cui è possibile trovare sia prodotti medicinali classici, sia prodotti denominati parafarmaci, oltre ad integratori di vario genere e prodotti naturali. Secondo me le uniche pecche sono la pescheria piccola e disordinata e trovo che i prezzi siano anche alti e il reparto frutta a mio parere troppo caro. Il reparto macelleria invece è molto organizzato come anche la salumeria. Gli alimenti a scaffale a volte mancano quelli in offerta. Per quanto riguarda il personale credo che dovreste cercare persone meno superficiali e più professionali e soprattutto che abbiano voglia di lavorare. Trovandomi in questa società di mer** non so se queste ragazze fanno tante ore di lavoro e le pagate poco (come é successo anche a me) cosa per cui tante volte ti viene il nervoso e magari il cliente giustamente lo nota senza sapere tutto quello che c'è dietro... ma questo non giustifica la maleducazione. Se avessi centrato il punto vi consiglio di dialogare con il vostro personale e capire il perché nelle tante recensioni che avete la maggior parte si lamenta del personale... C'è quasi sempre molta affluenza, anche se grazie alla capienza della struttura non la si percepisce molto, I prezzi non sono da discount ma sono comunque buoni, e ci sono sempre delle buone offerte, e lo staff è sempre stato disponibile nei miei riguardi, buono il servizio cassa; una critica va alle siepi che si trovano nel parcheggio, che essendo posizionate male e non venendo mai potate, sono cresciute molto e rendono inutilizzabili gli stalli di sosta (quelli in loro corrispondenza). Poor choice of gluten-free products (at least, they're not in plain sight) and pricey products, compared to other supermarkets. However, its main strength is linked to numerous offers and bundles they do all year long. I'd like to see more of it, as there's big room for improvement.
