M	Monica Sarno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la signora del banco salumeria e due ragazzi dei corridoi salvano il contesto ... per quanto riguarda il contatto con il cliente il fatto che aspetto ancora la consegna del regalo scelto con la raccolta punti dell’anno scorso ,e nonostante ho consegnato la raccolta ed anche pagato €17.50 della differenza che dovevo , nella prima quindicina del mese ultimo alla scadenza ,non ricevo nessuna giusta motivazione a tale ritardo .... anzi vengo passata a mo' di palla da tennis da un "responsabile a l'altro" e mi viene addirittura chiesto di chiedere ogni gg se il regalo sia arrivato almeno telefonicamente sottolineando che qualora non lo faccio potrebbero passare il regalo ad altri succ. .... quindi secondo voi quale potrebbe essere il mio giudizio ?... ovviamente è la filiale di via Bellabona ad Avellino ... poi era da assistere il modo e le frasi che tre dipendenti si scambiavano nel corridoio questo pomeriggio e assicuro frasi equivoche e per niente belle per i clienti da ascoltare .... spero che alla sede di Perugia arrivi in qualche modo anche se ho gia' provato a contattarli telefonicamente per chiedere spiegazioni in merito alla raccolta punti non per i € 17.50 gia' pagati ma per il fatto che mi sento presa altamente ingiro .... grazie .. the lady at the delicatessen counter and two boys in the corridors save the context ... as regards the contact with the customer, the fact that I am still waiting for the delivery of the gift chosen with the points collection last year, and despite the fact that I have delivered the collection and even paid € 17.50 of the difference I owed, in the first fortnight of the last month at the deadline, I do not receive any just reason for this delay .... indeed I am passed like a tennis ball from one "responsible to another" I am even asked to ask every day if the gift has arrived at least by telephone, underlining that if I do not do it they could pass the gift on to others. ... so in your opinion what could be my opinion? ... obviously it is the branch in via Bellabona in Avellino ... then it was necessary to witness the way and the phrases that three employees exchanged in the corridor this afternoon and I assure phrases ambiguous and not at all nice for customers to listen to .... I hope that the Perugia office somehow arrives even if I have already tried to contact them by phone to ask for explanations about the collection of points not for the € 17.50 already paid but for the fact that I feel highly trafficked .... thanks ..

Tutto sommato un buon supermercato. Per questo il mio voto è tre stelle. A good stocked supermarket, well trained and kind staff. A sore point is the lack of a dedicated person to measure the temperature. All in all a good supermarket. For this my rating is three stars.

Personale cortese. Small but well-stocked, apart from the wine shop, minimal. The quality of fresh products is always good. Logistics is obviously not the best. Courteous staff.
