★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maschile addetto alla consegna dei libri di testo alquanto arrogante, servirebbe più cortesia verso i clienti che preferiscono questo negozio anziché attività simili presenti in zona. Il locale è piccolissimo è ho trovato difficoltà nel reperire i prodotti in quanto posizionati male causa spazi ridottissimi. Nel parcheggio interrato sono presenti più prodotti per la vendita che auto parcheggiate. Consiglio un controllo urgente da parte dei responsabili territoriali di questa eccellente azienda onde evitare la chiusura per scarso rendimento.
Somewhat arrogant male textbook delivery staff, more courtesy to customers who prefer this store than similar businesses in the area would be needed. The place is very small and I found it difficult to find the products as they are badly positioned due to very small spaces. In the underground car park there are more products for sale than parked cars. I recommend an urgent control by the territorial managers of this excellent company to avoid closure due to poor performance.
