★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il supermercato è ben fornito, bel banco del pane, dei salumi e del pesce. Il personale è Gentile ed è pronto ad aiutare e consigliare. Meriterebbe 4 stelle se non fosse per la maleducazione di una cassiera che, senza chiedere il permesso, ha fatto passare avanti una sua conoscente. Nonostante le sia stato fatto notare ha continuato senza curarsi delle rimostranze.
Peccato....
The supermarket is well stocked, with a nice bread, cold cuts and fish counter. The staff is kind and ready to help and advise. It would deserve 4 stars if it were not for the rudeness of a cashier who, without asking permission, put an acquaintance of hers through. Despite being pointed out to her, she continued regardless of the grievances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è il mio supermercato di riferimento dove faccio abitualmente la spesa. Ieri per la prima volta ho dovuto fare un acquisto online con consegna a domicilio. Servizio impeccabile per quanto riguarda la consegna ma veramente molto deludente e inaccettabile per quanto riguarda la persona che ha preparato i prodotti. Tra le cose che ho acquistato c'erano 9 confezioni di yogurt da 500g. Durante la fase di acquisto, nelle note all'ordine, avevo scritto espressamente di non mettere assolutamente confezioni di yogurt con scadenza minore di 10 gg e di contattarmi nel caso questa fosse stata più corta. Le note sono state completamente ignorate perché mi sono arrivati 3 barattoli da 500 g con una scadenza di soli 4 giorni e nessuno mi ha contattato. Barattoli che in parte dovrò gettare via perché non consumerò mai 1,5 kg di yogurt in 4 giorni. Questa arroganza e mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente ha fatto perdere 1000 punti al servizio di consegna a domicilio che credevo venisse fatto in modo molto più serio. Peccato!
This is my reference supermarket where I usually shop. Yesterday for the first time I had to make an online purchase with home delivery. Impeccable service regarding the delivery but really very disappointing and unacceptable regarding the person who prepared the products. Among the things I bought were 9 500g packs of yogurt. During the purchase phase, in the notes to the order, I had expressly written not to put any yogurt packs with a maturity of less than 10 days and to contact me if this was shorter. The notes were completely ignored because I received 3 500g jars with a shelf life of only 4 days and no one contacted me. Jars that I will partly have to throw away because I will never consume 1.5 kg of yogurt in 4 days. This arrogance and disrespect towards the customer made the home delivery service lose 1000 points which I thought was done much more seriously. Sin!
