★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un bancale di acqua in offerta. Mi hanno dato la data e l'ora del ritiro. Ho richiesto un giorno un furgone in prestito apposta sono andata a prendere l'acqua e mi hanno detto , senza neanche scusarsi, che l'acqua non me l'hanno procurata perche dato che era in offerta non mi potevano dare un bancale. Allora dirmi di no subito oppure chiamarmi per avvisarmi dato la fatica per recuperare il furgone ? O almeno scusarsi .
I booked a pallet of water on offer. They gave me the date and time of the pickup. One day I requested a loan van on purpose, I went to get water and they told me, without even apologizing, that they didn't get me water because since it was on offer they couldn't give me a pallet. So tell me no now or call me to warn me given the effort to retrieve the van? Or at least apologize.
