Zero attenzione per le persone anziane che vanno a spendere da anni presso di loro. Poca attenzione alle banconote ricevute, rifilando poi a chi non ha la possibilità di capire che non sono buone.
Pessimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Per prendere 12 casse d'acqua te le fanno prima pagare, poi ti mandano a prelevarla dall'esterno e poi dopo averla caricata in auto sotto il sole cocente arriva un tizio senza neppure qualificarsi pretende di sottoporti a un controllo da Gestapo su scontrino e dentro l'auto.
Rifiutatevi...anzi...fatevi ridare i soldi e lasciategli la merce

Refuse ... on the contrary ... get your money back and leave the goods
