★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano regalato una prepagata Conad da 50euro a Natale, mai utilizzata. La carta dava operazione annullata, il loro aiuto: nessuno. Ho fatto una spesa da 47 euro ho pagato con la mia carta. Ripeto risposta: "signore operazione annullata non so che dirle "come se fosse un bancomat di qualsiasi banca, mentre era una prepagata Conad ho chiesto di capire il perché se ci sia una anagrafica nulla, vada dove l' ha fatta. Neanche una chiamata all'altro Conad al volo per capire il problema, vabbè "Persone oltre le cose " cambiate slogan e soprattutto l' idea delle prepagate Conad se funzionano così meglio non farle... qualità del marchio Conad non si discute assistenza 0.
They gave me a Conad prepaid card of 50 euros at Christmas, never used. The card gave canceled operation, their help: none. I made a purchase of 47 euros I paid with my card. I repeat my reply: "sir, operation canceled, I don't know what to tell you" as if it were an ATM of any bank, while it was a Conad prepaid I asked to understand why if there is no personal data, go where you did it. Not even a call to the other Conad on the fly to understand the problem, oh well "People beyond things" changed slogans and above all the idea of Conad prepaid cards if they work this way better not to do them ... quality of the Conad brand no question about assistance 0.

Si trova al piano seminterrato e anche se c'e' l"ascensore lo trovi scomodo.

It is located in the basement and even if there is an elevator you find it uncomfortable.
