Wenn die Dame am Schalter nicht bereit ist Auskunft zu geben, dann sollte sie sich schleunigst einen neuen Job suchen. Tut mir leid daß ich nicht allwissend vom Himmel gefallen bin und deshalb Fragen stelle!!!!
