Tempi biblici per avere un appuntamento, sistema online per prenotare scadente, in quanto non manda nemmeno una mail di conferma a prenotazione avvenuta... É veramente riprovevole il fatto che un servizio comunale ESSENZIALE per i cittadini funzioni cosí male! They closed the phone in my face when I asked for help with booking my identity card. Appena sono entrato ho parlato con una signora dal viso furbetto ma con gli occhi teneri, fatto sta che dopo un susseguirsi di comunicazioni ha saputo cogliere la mia richiesta al meglio che poteva fare. Grazie a lei e alle sue colleghe altrettanto disponibili, una fra tutte quella che mi ha ricattato di uscire o chiamava la polizia. Io non mi sono arreso, sono uscito e sono andato dalla polizia.
