★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di ritorno dal sentiero Sarvanot ci siamo fermati solo per vedere da vicino questo mulino e leggere la sua storia che copio di seguito: Mulino del Paschero
nel 1854 la famiglia Golè del Genesio inizio la costruzione del caseggiato del mulino. Verso la fine dell'ottocento, con il passaggio di proprietà alla famiglia Armando, il mulino acquistò maggior vigore, incrementando la propria atività. Il "rodon" che di vede nel monumento, fu costruito nel 1905 dalla ditta Merlo di Cuneo in sostituzione di due ruote di legno di dimensioni più piccole, per poter utilizzare al meglio la minor quantità di acqua a disposizione. Durante la guerra (1943-1945) fu uno dei luoghi di ritrovo e approvvigionamento di numerosi partigiani. Il mulino resta in funzione fino al 1972, quando il sig. Armando cessa l'attività di artigiano molitore.
Returning from the Sarvanot path we stopped only to see this mill up close and read its story which I copy below: Mulino del Paschero
in 1854 the Golè del Genesio family began the construction of the mill block. Towards the end of the nineteenth century, with the transfer of ownership to the Armando family, the mill acquired more vigor, increasing its activity. The "rodon" that can be seen in the monument was built in 1905 by the Merlo company of Cuneo to replace two smaller wooden wheels, in order to make the best use of the least amount of water available. During the war (1943-1945) it was one of the meeting places and supplies of numerous partisans. The mill remained in operation until 1972, when Mr. Armando ceases the activity of artisan miller.
