ora è chiaro perché tanti cittadini di Torreglia sono scontenti del proprio Comune...... perché invece di aiutare a risolvere le richieste dei cittadini o spiegarle se contrarie , per principio sono contro i cittadini, cioè non aiutano. Poi entri e ti cade addosso tutta questa energia pesante......a volte anche il malomodo di risposte al telefono....per fortuna al piano d'entrata sono sempre disponibili, cordiali e propensi a spiegare.
What a disappointment,
now it is clear why so many citizens of Torreglia are unhappy with their own municipality ...... because instead of helping to resolve the citizens' requests or explaining them if they are against, they are in principle against the citizens, that is, they do not help. Then you enter and all this heavy energy falls on you ... sometimes even the bad way of answering the phone .... luckily on the entrance floor they are always available, friendly and willing to explain.
