Strano che durante l'inverno non ci siano mai vigili mentre il 30 luglio è pieno di pattuglie che fanno le multe a Quelli del Nord. Aspettiamo i signori vigili a Bologna per ricambiare i loro favori. Turisti non venite a termoli: il depuratore è rotto l'acqua inquinata e le spiagge sporchissime; i vigili pronti a spennare con le multe! Fate le multe per divieto di sosta ormai dovunque e non fornite le necessarie indicazioni per pagarvi ... ad esempio se voglio pagare il bollettino postale on line manca numero verbale da 18 caratteri e numero TD ... quindi devo per forza recarmi all'ufficio postale.
