F	Francesca Napoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La maleducazione e assenza di professionalita' riscontrata presso lo sportello comunale aperto al pubblico e' un segnale del lungo percorso di civilizzazione ancora da intraprendere sul territorio e, pertanto, dei numerosi cambiamenti che questa amministrazione dovrebbe apportare, innanzitutto per quanto riguarda le relazioni con il pubblico e, di conseguenza, anche per garantire i servizi basilari ai cittadini. Purtroppo tali servizi non sono ancora garantiti e lo dimostra la superficialita' delle informazioni fornite allo sportello e i lunghi tempi di attesa ai quali non necessariamente (ahime') corrisponde un'effettiva risoluzione. La differenza con altri comuni e citta' italiane e' ancora troppo evidente per poter concedere piu' di una stella a questo servizio. Lascio questa recensione con l'augurio e la speranza di riscattare l'immagine di questo paese che, ogni giorno, soprattutto in estate, quando qualche turista si avventura da queste parti, rimane offuscato dalle incompetenze di questi piccoli funzionari troppo pigri e ignoranti per imparare perlomeno le buone maniere. Il consiglio e' di iniziare con il garantire un servizio al pubblico che sia almeno decente (se non eccezionale come dovrebbe essere) per poter ritenere questa nuova amministrazione positiva per i cittadini. The rudeness and lack of professionalism found at the municipal help desk open to the public is a sign of the long path of civilization still to be undertaken in the territory and, therefore, of the numerous changes that this administration should make, first of all as regards relations with the public and, consequently, also to ensure basic services to citizens. Unfortunately these services are not yet guaranteed and this is demonstrated by the superficiality of the information provided at the counter and the long waiting times to which an effective resolution does not necessarily correspond (alas). The difference with other towns and cities' and Italian 'too obvious to be able to grant more' of a star to this service. I leave this review with the hope and hope of redeeming the image of this country that, every day, especially in summer, when some tourists venture to these parts, remains overshadowed by the incompetence of these little lazy and ignorant officials to learn at least some manners. The advice is to start by guaranteeing a service to the public that is at least decent (if not exceptional as it should be) in order to consider this new administration positive for the citizens.

Relatively recent structure composed of three separate and discreetly organized buildings; very beautiful panoramic position overlooking the wonderful Gulf of Squillace in the heart of the town.
