Avevo bisogno di più certificati è le operatrici comunali si sono dimostrate disponibili e cordiali. Il mio problema era anche articolato ma hanno saputo aiutarmi come si deve.
Ho preso appuntamento ed non ho trovato nessuno allo sportello.
Spero continuino così.

I needed more certificates and the municipal operators proved to be helpful and friendly. My problem was also complex but they were able to help me properly.
I made an appointment and did not find anyone at the counter.
