Sempre risposte ambigue: non ricevuto; l'ho inviato; non ricevuto; non posso guardare la data n'el computer. ; come se lo spedisco. E così via. Tutto questo senza fare mai una ricerca. Questo uomo a una memoria incredibile o sono Io l'unica persona a chiedere un Atto di Nascita.
Shame on you! The Registry Office is deplorable !. Since last September I have been asking for a birth certificate. I sent 3 pecs. At each sending I call to know the result. Always ambiguous answers: not received; I sent it; not received; I can't look at the date on the computer. ; as if I ship it. And so on. All this without ever doing a search. This man with an incredible memory or am I the only person to ask for a birth certificate.
