Mi reco all'anagrafe, e il tipo dietro lo sportello stava maltrattando un signore anziano.
Poi è arrivata un'altra signora anziana, gli ha chiesto informazioni, e sempre lui, gli ha risposto maleducatamente.
Cafone e arrogante, ci sono modi più gentili nel porsi con la gente.
Spero che si prendano provvedimenti e sostituire il personale

I go to the registry office, and the guy behind the door was mistreating an elderly gentleman.
Then another elderly lady arrived, asked him for information, and he always answered him rudely.
Cafone and arrogant, there are gentler ways of dealing with people.
I hope we take action and replace the staff
