Ho trovato in Manuela E. un aiuto efficiente e cortese, velocissima a risolvere questioni che in un Comune come quello di Milano non avrei mai risolto in tempo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che sono andata al comune la persona responsabile di una certa procedura era in vacanza, la sostituta non era molto gentile e non aveva voglia di fare il suo lavoro. La seconda volta, invece, per il rinnovo della mia cie, la signorina era molto gentile e mi aveva spiegato tutto. Solo per quell'episodio do 3 stelle, altrimenti ne darei zero. Ora ultimo, per la raccolta dei sacchetti della pattumiera, scopro che i miei dati non erano aggiornati nel computer. E con sorpresa ho scoperto che i sacchi in PLA non te lo danno.
The first time I went to the municipality the person in charge of a certain procedure was on vacation, the substitute wasn't very nice and didn't want to do her job. The second time, however, for the renewal of my cie, the young lady was very kind and explained everything to me. For that episode only I give 3 stars, otherwise I would give zero. Last hour, for the collection of the trash bags, I discover that my data was not updated on the computer. And to my surprise I found that PLA bags don't give it to you.

Luogo circondato dal verde, lontano dal rumore della strada.
