★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le persone che rispondono al telefono per dare un'appuntamento dovrebbero essere competenti . Mi era stato detto di portare una marca da bollo di 16 euro per un certificato e quando stamattina sono arrivata in comune mi è stato detto che non serviva. Dare informazioni esatte è un vostro compito. Tanto i soldi li ho rimessi io non chi non sa fare il proprio lavoro!!!!!
People who answer the phone to make an appointment should be competent. I was told to bring a € 16 revenue stamp for a certificate and when I arrived at the town hall this morning I was told it wasn't needed. Giving accurate information is your job. So much money I have given them back not those who do not know how to do their job !!!!!
