Signor SINDACO,più spazi x noi Camperisti.....non sporchiamo ,non facciamo rumori molesti......ma consumiamo,localmente. Beautiful village, kind and helpful inhabitants. Mister MAYOR, more space for us Camperisti ..... we do not dirty, we do not make annoying noises ... but we consume, locally.

Posto all'altitudine media di 1.088 metri s.l.m., è il comune più alto della Basilicata. Il suo territorio comunale, insieme ai territori dei paesi limitrofi, forma il Parco delle Dolomiti Lucane. Pietrapertosa fa parte del Club de "I borghi più belli d'Italia". E' stato costruito interamente sulla nuda roccia, quasi incastonato in essa. E' un borgo molto bello, ben organizzato ed abitato da gente molto ospitale. Ottima la cucina locale con i suoi piatti tipici. Si possono mangiare specialità locali spendendo poco. Per chi giunge a Pietrapertosa è d'obbligo la vista al castello o al belvedere, punti sopraelevati con una vista spettacolare sulle Dolomiti. Da Pietrapertosa è anche possibile raggiungere Castelmezzano con il Volo dell'angelo, ovvero appesi ad un filo volando tra le montagne. Oppure a piedi, immersi nella natura tramite il percorso delle sette pietre. Very suggestive place perched on top of the Lucanian Dolomites. Locals are very hospitable. Il silenzio assoluto e il sibilio della vegetazione dei parchi naturali ☺☺☺ il tutto arroccato a poco più di 1000 metri sulle dolomiti lucane ? enogastronomia molto semplice e genuina con tanti prodotti locali ☺☺☺ da rifare il tutto quanto prima ? It is a unique experience !! The absolute silence and the hiss of the vegetation of the natural parks ☺☺☺ all perched at just over 1000 meters on the Lucanian Dolomites ? very simple and genuine food and wine with many local products ☺☺☺ to redo everything as soon as possible ?
V	Vito Tavano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La targa affissa all'ingresso del borgo dice "Uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia" e non si può dire certo il contrario. Località nota come meta di partenza per il volo dell'angelo ma c'è tanto di più, il castello, le chiesette, i punti panoramici mozzafiato, il piccolo quartiere arabo, le rocce antropomorfe, le case adagiate sulle rocce che spuntano tra le pareti e una cornice naturale fantastica. Inoltre le attività sono molteplici, trekking, vie ferrate, pareti per arrampicate, gite in quad o cavallo, ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Per le strade che portano al paese o percorrendo la via che porta alle cime delle Dolomiti Lucane è facile incontrare animali al pascolo. La gente è cordiale e socievole ti saluta e si ferma per darti indicazioni orgogliosa del proprio paese. Per me e la mia famiglia è stata una gita molto piacevole quasi speciale.
