Molto nascosto adiacente alle poste anche loro nascoste, si attraversa un cancello senza alcuna indicazione. Il personale è gentile, sono stati veloci. Le norme anti covid-19 non erano all'altezza, mascherine sotto il naso, o direttamente calate, niente sanificazione tra un utente e l'altro, niente gel mani. Speriamo che almeno erano vaccinati. Per il resto mi sono trovato bene, ambiente casalingo e confidenziale. Per un rinnovo di carta d'identità non hanno saputo spiegare cosa fare, poiché dicono che è necessario un appuntamento. Il primo disponibile è a 4 mesi di distanza. Chiedo se è possibile avere un riposta più veloce e mi rispondono dicendo che la segretaria non è presente. Un'intera circoscrizione ferma perché una segretaria non è al suo posto. Provo disgusto. Alla richiesta di poter parlare con un responsabile, l'addetto risponde " qui non esiste nessun responsabile"in effetti ci siamo resi conto che aveva ragione, vuol dire che siamo in mani di nessuno. È una vera vergogna.
