Paese pulito ed abitanti cortesi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caratteristico paese dell'alta Irpinia di collina, tra ripide salite e suggestivi panorami. Tra le principali attrazioni ci dovrebbero essere >, purtroppo seriamente compromessa e contaminata dai gas di scarico di numerose auto di residenti incivili che lasciano accesi i motori anche per periodi prolungati senza una ragione apparentemente logica o comprensibile e soprattutto dalla seria carenza dei servizi (in particolare la società di smaltimento rifiuti ed il servizio postale che recapita la posta a destinatari diversi) che a fronte della esigua densità e della crescente frequentazione turistica estiva non rispettano in modo adeguato l'ambiente circostante, cose e persone. Il castello di origine medioevale offre l'unico punto di riferimento per il turista di passaggio. Tuttavia l'amministrazione comunale è abbastanza attenta alle esigenze dei suoi residenti ed alle eventuali iniziative sociali e culturali, nella futura aspettativa che si possa gestire al meglio il senso civico della comunità.
