★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico Ente della Lombardia che è chiuso ai professionisti, neppure su appuntamento, da un anno. Le risposte a qualunque domanda vengono date solo al telefono e, si sa, noi lavoriamo con disegni, che sono un po difficili da spiegare al telefono. I dirigenti si nascondono dietro alla frase "non diamo consulenze" e infatti quello che si chiede è "capire il vostro punto di vista sulla questione" per non presentare documentazione sbagliata. Nessuna istruttoria, bisogna elemosinare comprensione al telefono. Vi darei uno Zero.
The only institution in Lombardy that has been closed to professionals, not even by appointment, for a year. The answers to any questions are only given over the phone and, you know, we work with drawings, which are a bit difficult to explain over the phone. The executives hide behind the phrase "we do not give advice" and in fact what is asked is "to understand your point of view on the matter" in order not to present wrong documentation. No investigation, you have to beg for understanding on the phone. I would give you a Zero.
