Loro al fresco con l'aria condizionata e noi ad aspettare fuori come animali! Complimenti!
 The employees of the office, even knowing of the presence of a child under (4 years), made my husband and me wait 20 minutes in the sun, not informing us that inside the office for the withdrawal of the identity document there were nobody! Them in the cool with the air conditioning and us waiting outside like animals! Compliments!
