The Municipality of Medesano is in the province of Parma making about 11,000 inhabitants. Its main hamlets are Felegara Sant Andrea baths and Ramiola. It is about 20 km from Parma and 10 km from Collecchio connected in recent years by a new bridge that crosses the Taro and the A 15 motorway.
