★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che sono andata non mi sono trovata bene, ho avuto a che fare con una donna del primo piano scortese, guardava fisso l'orologio.. e mancavano 20 minuti alla chiusura. Il giorno stesso mi sono trattenuta oltre l'orario di chiusura perché la persona che mi stava dando le informazioni in seguito ha voluto proseguire per concludere, le restanti non mi hanno nemmeno salutata quando sono andata via. In ogni caso chi mi ha servito quel giorno e tutte le altre volte che sono andata, è una persona estremamente gentile, che fa le cose per bene e da' tutte le indicazioni richieste.
The first time I went I didn't feel well, I had to deal with a rude woman on the first floor, she was staring at the clock .. and it was 20 minutes before closing. The same day I stayed behind closing time because the person who was giving me the information later wanted to continue to finish, the rest didn't even greet me when I left. In any case, who served me that day and all the other times I went, is an extremely kind person, who does things right and gives all the required indications.
