★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inoltrato (e pagato) una richiesta per atti intorno al 20 giugno, sono passati quasi due mesi e ancora nessun riscontro. Le dipendenti con cui ho parlato sono sempre gentilissime ma "non possiamo farci nulla". Che servizio è dover aspettare 2 mesi (o chissà quanto) per 4 carte?
I submitted (and paid) a request for documents around June 20, almost two months have passed and still no feedback. The employees I spoke to are always very kind but "there's nothing we can do about it". What service is having to wait 2 months (or who knows how long) for 4 cards?
