★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono degli infami che chiudono prima quando hanno voglia di andarsene a casa... Complimenti! Per la gente normale, che lavora, 5 minuti sono importanti e per arrivare alle 11:55 magari devono chiedere pure un permesso al lavoro, e questi ti chiudono la porta in faccia.
 They are infamous who close earlier when they want to go home ... Congratulations! For normal people, who work, 5 minutes are important and to get to 11:55 maybe they should also ask for a work permit, and they will close the door in your face.

Per un semplice rinnovo di carta d’identità bisogna perdere mezza giornata di lavoro.
Fila in coda a qualsiasi orario della giornata dalle 10 alle 20 persone.

Siamo, per l'appunto, nel 2019. Cosa ci vuole a cambiare gli orari online? Le persone prendono permessi o giorni di ferie per venire a fare quello che devono, il minimo richiesto da un paese civile sarebbe quello di, quantomeno, aggiornare gli orari online o lasciare uno sportello aperto per le urgenze.
Tutti gli statali vengono praticamente mantenuti da noi italiani, basterebbe un pochino di gentilezza e disponibilità nei nostri confronti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non adequato a lavorare, no sanno gestire le prenotazioni, nell 2021 lavorano ancora sui quaderni per prendere le notizie, per fare i documenti c'e il tempo di atesa troppo lungo.
Staff not adequate to work, they do not know how to manage reservations, in 2021 they still work on the notebooks to get the news, to do the documents there is too long waiting time.
