S	Stefano Zeta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a parte che al telefono non rispondono mai, da più di un mese che sbatto a destra e sx per un estratto di un atto di nascita che avrebbero dovuto aggiornare due anni fa. Prima sono andato alla sezione distaccata di Merine, per scoprire che i dati non erano stati aggiornati che non risultava nessuna modifica , poi a Lecce -ufficio nascite- increduli, mi mostrano che la documentazione era stata puntualmente trasmessa all anagrafe di lizzanello più di un anno e mezzo fa, nonostante questo, mi consegnano copia dei documenti in un plico che consegno personalmente in mano dell impiegata degli uffici di Lizzanello, che gentilmente prende il mio nominativo e recapito telefonico per chiamarmi non appena il documento è pronto perché -cito testualmente- "la signora Rosa che si occupa di queste cose non è ancora arrivata" ,,inutile dire che dopo un mese e dopo non aver ricevuto nessuna telefonata, presentandoci nei locali del comune oggi : i dati non sono stati ancora aggiornati, e ci viene risposto di tornare venerdi perché "chi si occupa di queste cose ora non c'è" .. .... ora ,,, venerdi dovrò prendere un altro permesso dal lavoro, per ripresentarmi sperando che ci sia qualcuno "capace" di risolvere questa loro stessa mancanza. in attesa .. non commento. saluti Stefano Ingrosso Lizzanello Merine apart from the fact that they never answer the phone, for more than a month I have been banging left and right for an extract from a birth certificate that they should have updated two years ago. First I went to the detached section of Merine, to discover that the data had not been updated that there were no changes, then in Lecce - birth office - incredulous, they show me that the documentation had been promptly sent to the registry office in Lizzanello for more than a year and a half ago, despite this, they gave me a copy of the documents in an envelope that I personally deliver to the employee of the Lizzanello offices, who kindly takes my name and telephone number to call me as soon as the document is ready because - I quote verbatim- " Mrs. Rosa who takes care of these things has not yet arrived ", needless to say that after a month and after not having received any phone call, presenting us in the town hall today: the data has not yet been updated, and we are replied to come back on Friday because "those who take care of these things are not here now" .. .... now ,,, on Friday I will have to take another leave from work, to come back hoping that there is someone "capable" of resolving this very shortcoming. waiting .. no comment. regards Stefano Ingrosso Lizzanello Merine

Z	Zizou10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativissima, in qualsiasi ufficio dovessi chiamare nn risponde mai nessuno, incredibile...a qualsiasi ora la mattina nn ti rispondono, lavorano troppo??...Brutta cosa il posto Statale, bisogna guadagnarselo lo stipendio, poveri cittadini!!!
