 Bad Urp office. They don't answer phone calls or emails. It should be their job .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutti gli Uffici Pubblici in questo periodo pandemico vede la propria attività al pubblico notevolmente ridimensionata. Si accede solo per appuntamento e questa prassi è auspicabile che rimanga anche dopo. La limitazione degli accessi induce coloro i quali non abbiano vere necessità ad individuare soluzioni alternative. Da ciò deriva un servizio più qualificato ed attento alle esigenze del cittadino.
Like all public offices in this pandemic period, it sees its activity to the public considerably downsized. Access is by appointment only and it is desirable to continue this practice afterwards. The access limitation induces those who have no real need to identify alternative solutions. From this derives a more qualified and attentive service to the needs of the citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli uffici il Personale è gentile e disponibile. Il sitoweb del comune però dovrebbe funzionare e permettere di scaricare certificati e altro. Io accedo con lo spid ma poi non posso fare nulla. Inattivo.
In the offices, the staff is friendly and helpful. The municipality's website, however, should work and allow you to download certificates and more. I log in with the spid but then I can not do anything. Idle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, danno le istruzioni sul sito ma è solo apparenza. Tre mesi fa ho inviato via mail la richiesta di appuntamento per il rinnovo della carta d'identità, ma nessuna risposta, fatto di nuovo la mail di richiesta ma ancora nessuna risposta. Sono tre giorni che chiamo al telefono secondo i loro orari ma è sempre occupato. Se squilla una volta alzano la cornetta e attaccano oppure non risponde e subentra un disco. Vi invito a consultare il sito del consolato francese per capire come si fa a dare un servizio efficiente ai propri cittadini, se si vuole veramente dare un servizio.
Bad, they give the instructions on the site but it is only appearance. Three months ago I emailed the request for an appointment for the renewal of the identity card, but no answer, I made the request email again but still no answer. I've been calling the phone according to their schedule for three days but it's always busy. If it rings once, they pick up the handset and hang up or it doesn't answer and a puck takes over. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre!!! Un delirio, un casino vai in comune x richiedere certificati:
1- fila sotto il sole
2- impiegati x richiedere informazioni che non lo sanno nemmeno loro dove mandarti ma alla fine c'è la faremo
3- organizzati male (fai uno sportello x le carte d'identità e no che insieme ci metti chi deve richiedere i certificati) bah!!
Infine quello che serve riusciamo a farlo
As always!!! A delusion, a mess you go to common to request certificates:
1- row under the sun
2- employees to request information that they do not even know where to send you but in the end we will do it
3- badly organized (do a counter for identity cards and no that you put together those who have to request certificates) bah !!
Finally what we need we can do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per la carta di identità che scade a fine ottobre, l'appuntamento mi è stato dato per il 24 marzo, ora il 3 gennaio devo partire fuori dall'Italia, con il biglietto a portata di mano, mi hanno detto di ritornare i primi di dicembre, per quella data avrò la carta d'identità nuova...lo spero...
I went for the identity card which expires at the end of October, the appointment was given to me for March 24, now on January 3 I have to leave Italy, with the ticket at hand, they told me to return early December, by that date I will have a new identity card ... I hope so ...

Complimenti agli uffici dell’anagrafe.
