Sono andata due volte prima dell'appuntamento a chiedere info di persona per essere sicura di portare a termine il mio appuntamento, abitando in loco, ma non è stato sufficiente e ho sprecato un permesso.
Non tutti sono avvezzi al web, consiglio di fornire eventuale modulistica cartacea già al punto informativo.
Courtesy is another thing.
I went twice before the appointment to ask for info in person to be sure to complete my appointment, living on site, but it was not enough and I wasted a permit.
Not everyone is accustomed to the web, I recommend providing any paper forms already at the information point.
