Nelle giornate serene è possibile godere dello spettacolo di tutte le Isole Eolie (lo Stromboli invece si vede quasi tutti i giorni). In estate ci si bagna nel Tirreno ?‍♂️?‍♂️ e la sera si cena in piazza gustando i piatti tipici locali ? ed il tramonto che arroventa il mare☀️. Nelle vicinanze c'è il Santuario di S. Francesco di Paola. Venite a trovarci, non come turisti..... ma come ospiti!!! The stone town, with its 100 portals and its historic buildings. Se ci fosse una migliore accoglienza e cura per il turista, si sa, fiorirebbe l'economia e questo gioverebbe a tutta la città, ai commercianti , ai bar e ai ristoranti . Probabilmente nascerebbe nuova attività e con sé anche lavoro. E invece mi trovo desolata, amareggiata e delusa da questo posto così degradato, trascurato e maltrattato, con cumuli di spazzatura che non viene raccolta , sparsa in ogni dove come se Fuscaldo stessa fosse una discarica. Allora non mi meraviglio se quei pochi turisti che arrivano poi scappano e non tornano più delusi da tanto degrado. La gente di questo paese è bella gente ma ne risente anche essa con case chiuse e sfitte. Peccato! Perché Fuscaldo non è il gioiellino che immagino! Ad oggi spazzatura ovunque, palazzoni scheletro, servizi pari a zero, visibile anche dal numero di case in vendita. Nessun intervento capace di attirare turisti che anzi, alla visione di un mare perennemente inquinato,decidono di non tornare più. Come dargli torto? Eppure basta andare dinanzi le case degli amministratori per vedere un minimo di decoro. Ci meravigliamo? Direi di no ma che si vergognino!
